Paul and Marcela were amazing guides, always willing and available to answer all questions. When they mention the initial transport with pick-up at our hotel, it's not really true that it's possible, because when we put our hotel in the area indicated on the site, despite saying that our hotel is eligible, after confirmation they send information saying that it isn't and send a nearest pick-up point. The justification they give is that our tour, being by bus, couldn't go to the center of Playa del Carmen, which isn't true either, as the pick-up is done in a 7-person van, and there are thousands of them passing through the center of Playa del Carmen. So, it wasn't very pleasant for us because our tour had a pick-up at 5:35 am, and we had to walk down the street in Playa del Carmen at dawn, even though our hotel was initially eligible for direct pick-up. Everything else went really well: the guides, tours, lunch, and Valladolid were a 10!

Our pickup was from Plaza last Perlas, not our hotel, but it was only 15mins walk away. Juan was a great driver and we have a very smooth trip in a very comfortable coach with usb charging. Perfecto and Jesus, were great guides. We stayed with Perfecto, as he did the guided tour in English, but both were professional and amusing. We had plenty of time at Tulum (2hrs), with a great insight in to the Mayan people and this still allowed us time to wander around on our own. The two cenotes included were excellent and much easier to access than the one we visited on a Chichen Itza tour. Especially as the lockers and mandatory life jackets were included, these were paid extras at Chichen Itza. Supposedly a half day tour, but we pretty much had a whole day, and it was very much worth the money!

Daniel is a super friendly guide, we had a great day, the activities are all superb for a very reasonable price! The cenote was amazing (and it's so nice not to have to share it with other groups!) (Small downside: having selected the option to be picked up at the hotel, we were the first to be picked up in Cancun at 6:50 in the morning and we spent 3.5 hours waiting on the bus for everyone else to be picked up... and that's a very long time!)
