We loved our tour - had been here before but our son was visiting & we wanted him to experience it as well - we paid extra to have a private guided tour, because we wanted a more intimate experience, but last time we did the reg group tour & it was amazing also. Only thing is we waited over an hour in line to pay the balance of the tickets & get our bracelets to enter - that process could be better streamlined for sure.
