Ernesto and Marco were very experienced and helpful guides and made the experience unique. They provided shoes and trekking poles as well as a nice stop to buy food in a local shop near by the Etna. They took us up to 2400 meters high (much higher than most tours promises on their ads) where we could see the valley bellow and a nice view of the summit. Really recommended experience.

Great trip. Very interesting to learn about Etna and the impact on the villages around it. Minibus takes you to the 2000m point where there are cafes and shops, then quite a steep walk up the side of Etna. Need good trainers or walking shoes but note these will get very dusty! There is a visit to a lava cave where you can walk through a 25metre tunnel

There was good communication from the company and our tour guide was lovely with a lot of knowledge. The trip up Etna was more robust than expected so some degree of fitness is required. Also proper hiking boots and robust clothes needed as you get filthy! Luckily we had a change of clothes for the afternoon.

Robert Copollino was an amazing guide who made our visit to Mt Etna so special. He was knowledgeable , full of humor, supportive and a lovely person. The lunch at the winery was very good and we enjoyed the wine tasting.

Giovanni was a fun and great guide. The tour was a lot of fun for us.
