Overall rating
The highlight of our day tour was our guide Oscar. He was so charming, funny and extremely knowledgeable. The lunch was delicious and very authentic to the area. The guide at the ruins was very thorough. The cenote was very mystical. We saw hundreds of bats inside the cave. Our guide took his time and explained our surroundings and how they came to be. Swimming amongst the turtles was magical but the water was a little murky to be able to see them clearly on the ocean floor due to days of stormy weather. The best part was when they would swim up for air and stick their heads out of the water.
The whole trip was amazing, bur the cenote was breathtaking!! The trip was led by Nancy and Frank. Nancy as a guide was perfect! Nice, really helpful and funny :) If you’re wondering what to do with your day this is a great option!
Excellent tour! Communication and guide were great and transportation was punctual. We had the chance to see a lot of turtles and had an amazing experience in the cenote. I would definetly recommend it!
Both Mario and Beth were amazing. Mario picked up and dropped us off on time. very friendly and polite. absolutely no complaints.
Excellent day- Tulum was lovely (but very hot), cenote was excellent and swimming with the turtles was also excellent
