It was nice to enter a calm lounge that wasn’t super crowded. When the lunch was put out I tried the pulled pork and a chicken casserole dish. Both were excellent! We were pleasantly surprised by the flavor for a lounge. The bartender offered us drinks we had sparkling wine. There was beer and soft drinks in the refrigerator. Unfortunately there were no water bottles to take down the plane ride - they did have small Evian bottles for sale at $5 each but we passed. Bathrooms were nice and there were 3 sleeping pods that were locked with a key, so we were unable to see what they looked like. Good overall experience

Friendly staff, good variety of drinks and good food , definitely recommend away from the hustle of the airport
Usual excellent service from lovely friendly staff. They need tipped more people ! Always use this lounge very clean toilets spotless and good food available.
(Terminal 2) Quality of food is good but poor selection, no vegetarian option expect for mixed vegetables & mashed potato’s. Tight squeeze for seating.
think seating and tables my only issue, shared a tiny table with another man who was eating a packed lunch so took most of it up, had to put our food on the couch we were sitting on, staff were great, food was ok but bread rolls weren't very fresh but definitely worth what we paid
Reception had some initial challenges finding the ticket in their system otherwise a fantastic experience with great drinks and excellent food. Not very busy for a Saturday at 5 pm

use this lounge regularly, it's a must when leaving Mexico. Disappointed that it was chicken and veg soup, it was good. But their chicken noodle is so much better. The choice of Wraps and sandwiches wasn't as good as usual?
I’ll never travel out of Cancun without lounge access again! The lounge was clean, well equipped and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and there were so many options to choose from.
Food was good and the server I had was really nice and welcoming. He make really good drink also so let him propose you one you won’t regret.
