Great trip with amazing tour guides. I was worried about bathrooms as it was a long bus ride but it did have a bathroom (#1 only) which was nice. The time in Valladolid is short so I would recommend walking around the main square and going into the church. If you want to buy a souvenir you want to buy it at the cenote. Chichén Itza is great but I was taken back by the amount of vendors inside and outside the place. Be prepared to have people trying to get you to buy hats/glasses/umbrellas right as you step off the bus. There are restrooms at the cenote and Chichén Itzá as well as drinks and food you can purchase. My only recommendation for the tour is that they have a supply of doggy bags in case someone feels sick. I was not feeling well on the bus ride back but there was nothing for me to use (we did ask). I made it back fine but it would have been nice to have something just in case.

Very good! Frank, our guide, was great. He told our group a lot about the background of the individual stops and accompanied us through the day really well. His stories were interactive, vivid, interesting and made the long journey pass well. Our driver, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, drove very well. In total, the bus journey was about 6 hours. I tend to get sick on long journeys. On the way there, I took a travel tablet. But it turned out that I didn't need to take any, as our driver was very gentle and loving with the accelerator... I rarely had that on other trips... We went to the "Chichikan" cenote first. A Charmane welcomed us there. Then we went to the tequila tasting, to eat, to the cenote, to Valladolid and to the long-awaited Chichen Itza. It was definitely worth it to see one of the 7 wonders of the world!

The trip was amazing. There is nothing complain about. Franc is absolutely charming and funny. He made the trip really special. Also a shoutout to our driver Ulysses. We will never forget this experience. The Cenote (Chichikan), Citzchen Itza, the buffet and the Tequila Tasting were our highlights.

Perfect trip! It was a long day but very worth it. We chose the hotel pick up option. They were very efficient and friendly guides. Thank you Thomas.

Very nice trip with a great guide! Everything went really well and the transport was top notch.
