During the journey, the bus guide will introduce you how to travel the Mutianyu Great Wall and help you complete reservations for various tickets to the Great Wall. (the Great Wall Cable Car is an optional item, which can be purchased based on your request) Upon arrival at Mutianyu Great Wall, you will be guided to the Mubus Visitor Center which you will be treated with free tea, free snacks, and free luggage storage. Collecting the ticket before you will start exploring the Mutianyu Great Wall by taking the internal shuttle uphill. You can choose the east-line tour, west-line tour, or both double-line tour. Enjoy 4–5 hours of sightseeing time before returning to the Mubus visitor Center, you can take s short break or enjoy a Chinese style buffet lunch at Mubus Restaurant. later, the bus tour guide will guide you to the parking lot and take the bus from Mutianyu Great Wall back to Beijing city.

How to get to Summer Palace By Bus To the East Palace Gate: Take bus 303 and get off at Yiheyuan Station, then walk west for about 200 meters (220 yards) to the gate. To the West Gate: Take bus 469, 539 or Zhuan 129 and get off at Yiheyuan Ximen (Yiheyuan West Gate) Station, then walk northeastward for about 300 meters (328 yards) to the gate. To the North Palace Gate: Take bus 303, 346, 394, 563, 584 or Sightseeing Line 3 and get off at Yiheyuan Beigongmen (North Palace Gate) Station; or take bus 332, 384, or 601 to Beigongmen Subway Station. The gate is less than 100 meters (109 yards) away. To the New Palace Gate: Take bus 74, 374, or 437, and get off at Xin Jian Gong Men (Yiheyuan New Palace Gate) Station. By Subway Take line 4 to Beigongmen, and exit from D. After that, walk west for 3 minutes to the North Palace Gate. Take line 10 to Bagou Station. Then take Western Suburban Line to Yiheyuanximen Station. Walk north for 4 minutes to the West Gate of Summer Palace. Beijing Bus / Subway Search The Temple of Heaven, literally the Altar of Heaven, is a complex of Taoist buildings situated in south-eastern urban Beijing, known as the Xuanwu District. The complex was visited by the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for good harvest. It is regarded as a Taoist temple, although the Chinese Heaven worship by the reigning monarch “ohe day” pre-dates Taoism. The Temple of Heaven is a must-see attraction in Beijing! How to get to Temple of Heaven By Bus: South Gate: Take bus 36, 958 or Zhuan 202 to Tiantan Nanmen Station. West Gate: Take bus 2, 7, 20, 36, 53, 72, 93, or 120 and get off at Tiantan Ximen Station. North Gate: Take bus 6, 34, 35, 36, 72 or 106 and get off at Tiantan Beimen Station. By Subway: Take Subway Line 5 to Tiantan Dongmen Station; leave from Exit A and you'll find the East Gate of the Park. Take Subway Line 8 to Tianqiao Station, take Exit C, walk eastward you will see the west gate.

It is less crowded than the other sections. Driving Time: 1.5 hours Entrance fee 65rmb p/p, no cable car 3:Juyongguan Great Wall - the closest section of the wall to visit from Beijing Unlike most of other sections of Great Wall which are just walls and towers, Juyongguan has an impressive fortress which used to controlled the access to Beijing for centuries. Driving Time: 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes Entrance fee 45rmb p/p, no cable car 4: Badaling – the most famous as well as most crowded section of Great Wall Open to tourism in 1957. Badaling Great Wall is the most visited section as well as the most commercialized section. No recommend to visit during public holiday, traffic will be bad. Everyone have to take the attraction's shuttle bus which waste time. Driving Time: 1.5 hour Entrance fee 45rmb p/p, cable car 120rmb p/p 5: Gubei Water town and Simatai Great Wall - explore beautiful water town and visit the Great Wall at night. Gubei Water Town is actually a replica of the Wuzhen Water Town in Southern China. Stroll around old streets, try local Chinese snacks, shop at the outdoor bizarres which is especially beautiful at night. While Simatai Section of the Great Wall is one of the more wild and authentic sections of the wall and has a beautiful view of Gubei and the surrounding mountains from the top. If you take the private Tian'anmen Square with Forbidden city tours Option 1: then our tour guide will pick you up at the downtown hotels within 4th ring road and take the public transportation (either taxi or subway) at your own transportation expense to the Tian'anmen Square and explore then Square with Forbidden city with you and the tour will end at the back gate of the Forbidden city where you can either spend more time at the Forbidden city or go back to the hotel on your own. For morning session you will visit the Ti'anmen Square & Forbidden city for the Afternoon session it will be only Forbidden city in-depth Tour. Delve into the history of the palace, which hosted both the Ming and Qing dynasties for around 500 years. Explore the southern section (the Outer Court), where the emperor exercised his supreme power over the nation. Continue to the northern section (the Inner Court) to see where he lived with his royal family. If you choose the option 3: Forbidden city with Temple of Heaven or Summer Palace with meeting at the downtown hotel then take the public transportation (Subway or urber) to get to the Temple of Heaven or Summer Palace (transportation fee is at your cost) then move to the Forbidden city and the tour ends at the back gate of the Forbidden City. If you choose the option 4: Forbidden city with Mutianyu Wall and meet the guide at the city center hotel and drive to the Tian'anmen Square Forbidden city and afterwards visiting the Mutianyu wall with private transfers.

Explore the most well-known and preserved section of the Great Wall in Mutianyu. This section is a UNESCO heritage site has appeared in some Hollywood movies and has been climbed by former US President Barack Obama. Depart from Beijing at your hotel at around 7 AM with a shared pick-up or meet at the downtown station at around 8 AM. Head to Mutianyu with a convenient air-conditioned transfer. Arrive in Mutianyu at around 9-9:30 AM. Take amazing photos of the Mutianyu Wall from multiple angles - either down from the hill or up from the wall if you purchase the admission ticket option. Then, challenge yourself with a 5-6km hike from the bottom to the top of the highest station which was once a beacon. Or take an easier route with the cable car option so that you can ascend the later half directly. Enjoy around 3-3.5 hours to explore by yourself. Include authentic Chinese lunch at around 12:30 PM just next to the parking lot. After finishing lunch, the bus will take you back to the famous shopping street near Wangfujing in the heart of Beijing city. You will be back to downtown beijing around 4:30 -5:30 pm.
