Please provide when placing your order. * Please bring your passport with you on the tour day. * Considering the severe traffic congestion in Beijing in the morning, it’s highly recommended to take the subway to reach the meeting point. * It is NOT convenient to use credit cards in the Great Wall Scenic Area. If you don't have Alipay and WeChat, you are recommended to bring some cash with you. * The Mutianyu Great Wall offers both western and eastern routes for you to choose from. Carbel car is recommended when exploring the western route. Toboggan is recommended when exploring the eastern route. The cable car or toboggan fee is 140rmb per person which's not included in your tour price, you need to purchase it on your own if you want to ride.

A private transfer is the best way to start your holiday and will avoid you having to search for a taxi or ride in a crowded bus to reach your destination. Your driver will pick you up at your hotel in Beijing city center or airport and will drive you to the Great Wall. Once arrived, your driver will assistance you to purchase tickets(at your own cost), and tell you where he will be waiting for you, then you will enjoy your own time to explore the Great Wall. After your self guided tour, meet your driver at the parking lot, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing/airport. Please note this is only a private transfer service, entrance fee, meals and tour guide are not included. Here are some sections of the Great Wall you can choose: 1: Mutianyu Great Wall - most popular section among foreign tourists It is 75km away from Beijing downtown, offers great landscape of well-preserved walls and towers as well as beautiful surrounding greenery. Its road steps are also well paved. Driving Time: 1.5 hours Entrance fee 60rmb p/p, cable car round trip or ski lift up and toboggan is 140rmb p/p 2: Huanghuacheng Great Wall – unique lakeside Great Wall Some parts of Huanghuacheng are submerged by a big beautiful lake, which make the Great wall look like paddling in the water. It is less crowded than the other sections. Driving Time: 1.5 hours Entrance fee 65rmb p/p, no cable car 3:Juyongguan Great Wall - the closest section of the wall to visit from Beijing Unlike most of other sections of Great Wall which are just walls and towers, Juyongguan has an impressive fortress which used to controlled the access to Beijing for centuries. Driving Time: 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes Entrance fee 45rmb p/p, no cable car 4: Badaling – the most famous as well as most crowded section of Great Wall Open to tourism in 1957. Badaling Great Wall is the most visited section as well as the most commercialized section. No recommend to visit during public holiday, traffic will be bad. Everyone have to take the attraction's shuttle bus which waste time. Driving Time: 1.5 hour Entrance fee 45rmb p/p, cable car 120rmb p/p 5: Gubei Water town and Simatai Great Wall - explore beautiful water town and visit the Great Wall at night. Gubei Water Town is actually a replica of the Wuzhen Water Town in Southern China. Stroll around old streets, try local Chinese snacks, shop at the outdoor bizarres which is especially beautiful at night. While Simatai Section of the Great Wall is one of the more wild and authentic sections of the wall and has a beautiful view of Gubei and the surrounding mountains from the top. Explore the most well-known and preserved section of the Great Wall in Mutianyu. This section is a UNESCO heritage site has appeared in some Hollywood movies and has been climbed by former US President Barack Obama. Depart from Beijing at your hotel at around 7 AM with a shared pick-up or meet at the downtown station at around 8 AM. Head to Mutianyu with a convenient air-conditioned transfer. Arrive in Mutianyu at around 9-9:30 AM. Take amazing photos of the Mutianyu Wall from multiple angles - either down from the hill or up from the wall if you purchase the admission ticket option. Then, challenge yourself with a 5-6km hike from the bottom to the top of the highest station which was once a beacon. Or take an easier route with the cable car option so that you can ascend the later half directly. Enjoy around 3-3.5 hours to explore by yourself. Include authentic Chinese lunch at around 12:30 PM just next to the parking lot. After finishing lunch, the bus will take you back to the famous shopping street near Wangfujing in the heart of Beijing city. You will be back to downtown beijing around 4:30 -5:30 pm.

At 8:00am in the morning, we depart from the city center, （Line 5 Zhangzizhonglu Subway Station Exit C）the driver and tour guide will wait at the Meeting point to receive everyone. After everyone arrives, we will set off for the Mutianyu Great Wall. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and at 9:40, we arrive at the Great Wall and skip the shuttle bus directly to the Wall. (We arrived earlier, so there are not many tourists.) At this time, you can see the magnificent Great Wall on the mountain, and the tour guide will introduce the history of the Great Wall and how to visit it in detail. You can choose to go up and down the cable car or slide down, and then we will visit the Great Wall for nearly 4 hours. Finally, we will return to the restaurant and have a delicious local Chinese meal. After taking a break for lunch, we started returning to Beijing. back to beijing about 5:00, we went back to our departure point, End the day's journey

Then heading directly to Mutianyu Great Wall which will take about 1.5 hours, your tour guide will explain the related histories and stories on the way, sit back and enjoy the countryside sceneries along the way. Once arrive at the The Mutianyu Great Wall, you’ll take the cable car or ski lift up to the Wall, spend some time to hike up and down for about 1.5 hours at the various sections of the Wall, exploring the watch and beacon towers. Afterwards, stop at a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon, continue to explore a well-preserved royal garden: the Summer Palace. Follow your tour guide to stroll around the garden, learn the stories and histories behind the buildings. Get to know the famous " Dragon Lady" and her life in the Summer Palace. After the tour finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel or other sites you want to go in Beijing city.

The driver will pick you up at your hotel, the train station, or at the airport. Relax on the comfortable 1.5-hour drive to the Mutianyu Great Wall. The start time is flexible. During the holiday or weekends, it's better to start earlier to avoid the crowds. Upon arrival, your driver will assist with tickets and then leave you to explore independently. Optional extras include a ride to the top of the wall by cable car and a toboggan ride back down (both own expense). Depending on your arrival time, you typically have around three hours at the wall to hike and take photos. After the wall visiting, the driver will take you back your hotel in Beijing.

The Great Wall at Mutianyu was built and restored in the early Ming Dynasty (1368 – 1644), on the remnants of a wall originally built in the Northern Qi Dynasty (550-577). Reconstruction took place under the supervision of Xu Da, one of the founding generals of the Ming Dynasty, who was responsible for building a Wall from Shanhaiguan in the east to as far as Mutianyu. Follow your tour guide to hike up and down to explore different towers. Enjoy a delicious local lunch, then heading directly to Ming Tombs. You will visit Dingling at the Ming Tombs. Ming Tombs mainly means thirteen tombs of Ming Dynasty which are scattered at the foot of Tianshou Mountain. Listed in World Cultural Heritages by UNESCO, Ming Tombs shows impressive natural landscape and historical significance. Dingling was built in 1590. Emperor Shen Zong and the empress were buried there in 1620. Now, Dingling Tomb is the hottest among the thirteen for it is the only Ming imperial tomb excavated so far. Stroll around the area with your tour guide, admire the antiques in the the museums and discover the secrets of the Underground Palace. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing City.

Situated in Beijing Qianmen Hotel, Liyuan Theatre is the most prestigious performance venue of Beijing Opera. From the traditional performance stage, the Baixian Table (old fashioned square table to seat eight people) to the unique facial make-up, everything in the theater reflects the special feature of old Beijing. The show starts at 19:30 PM and lasts one hour. You meet our staff at the QianmenJianguo Hotel lobby 30 minutes before the show to receive your tickets and be shown to your seats. Your English speaking guide and private car will pick you up at your preferred time in your hotel's lobby. Then heading to the Jinshanling Great Wall, the trip will take about 2.5 hours. While driving your English speaking guide will explain the histories and stories about the Great Wall of China, sit back enjoy the beautiful countryside view of the Beijing. Once arrive at Jinshanling Great Wall, you will enjoy a less hurried tour with your guide, you can decide how far you want to hike and how long you want to spend at the Wall. The Jinshan ling Great Wall was first built in the sixth century during the Northern and Southern Dynasties (420-589). Along it are 67 watchtowers, all in different styles, at average intervals of 150 meters.Jinshanling is also relatively undeveloped for those looking for a more authentic Wall experience. Viewed from a distance, the Jinshan ling Great Wall is like a giant dragon, curving its path over the mountain peaks whose line it follows. Afterwards, you will stop at a local restaurant for lunch. What's the difference of this route? Unlike the morning departure time chosen by most tourists, we will depart to the Great Wall in the afternoon 3:30pm. We will arrive at the Great Wall at 5:30pm which allows you to view a quiet and beautiful Great Wall. We will check-in the Mubus Mountain Residence at the foot of the Great Wall, enjoy a coffee and light meal on the Great Wall Viewing Terrace, and appreciate the beautiful sunset of the Great Wall. Next day morning, while many tourists were still on the way, we had already begun to calmly climb the Great Wall and explore this world's greatest historical site. Then buffet lunch at Mubus Restaurant before you will be guided to board on bus 2:30pm departure and return Beijing downtown. 4:30pm bus arrived at Beijing and end our trip. Day1: Beijing to Mutianyu ----------------------------------- Departure Time: 15:30 Meeting Point: Subway Line 2-【Dongzhimen Station】Exit B 15:30: Arrive at the meeting point and transfered to the Mutianyu Great Wall. 17:30: Check-in Mubus Mountain Residence upon arrival at Great Wall. 18:30: Have a coffee and light meal at Mubus Viewing Terrace. 20:00: Stay overnight at Mubus Mountain Residence based on doule room.
