Great tour. We booked the 10am departure, it left even 15 minute before that and we arrived around 11:30 at the wall. As only transport from Beijing, shuttle to the wall and the wall entry are included, you need to pay extra for the East (chair lift up and toboggan down) or West (cable car up and down) part of the wall. We got both (140Y each) and had plenty of time to do them. Both parts of the wall are rather different, West takes a lot longer than East though, so we did that first. For the 10am slot they say you can come back to their service centre (with free tea and snacks) any time between 4pm and 5:30pm. There are several buses going back whenever 40 people are in the service centre with the last one leaving at 5:30. Be mindful if you leave the Tobaggan as last option to come back down from the wall (lots of fun!) - in late September the run closed at 4:30pm so queue in good time. Overall a great day, fantastic guides and lots of time to explore.
