Visit a local church and participate in a mid-week musical fellowship with local congregation and vocal ensemble. It was very informative. I do many walks and have been to almost all of the places we were except the ones in the Bronx. Have a son who lived in Harlem for five years so know that area well. Still, my friend, who was born here has never been to these places. I always learn from tours things that I don’t know about buildings or areas. Had a great guide!!
