This tasting was the highlight of my trip!! Paul was informative, funny, and engaging -- a truly fantastic host!! I had so many takeaways and now feel more confident walking into wine shops to pick out a wine. I would recommend even bringing a notepad and pen if you want to write down some "appellations" he recommends. The cheese pairings were fantastic too and I discovered a new favourite cheese!! If you're on the fence about booking, BOOK!

It was such a nice experience. Our guide did a fantastic job. We learned some things, tasted some great wines and cheeses, and met some interesting people from around the world. I’d highly recommend this experience. What’s not to love about wine and cheese 😍
