Paris: The Rodin Museum Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Entry

4. Paris: The Rodin Museum Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Entry

Hailed as the Michelangelo of modern sculpture, Auguste Rodin (1840-1917) undeniably revolutionized this ancient medium. Through his modeling of clay and ardent experiments with the human form, Rodin captured the deepest passions while simultaneously reflecting on the fragility of existence. During the tour, you will experience Rodin’s studio process through the eyes of an artist. You will enjoy an insider view and unique insight into the master’s avant-garde vision and his diverse techniques in a manner understandable for all audiences. Together, we will explore the rococo architecture of the museum, a work of art in itself. We will trace Rodin’s artistic evolution from his classical beginnings to his unfinished masterpieces. We will experience firsthand the feverish plaster sketches so central to his creative method and delve into his artistic alliances (to the literary genius, Balzac or former-collaborator, Camille Claudel). Lastly, we will also stroll around the majestic French gardens and soak in the breathtaking perspectives. It would be an absolute delight to explore with you how the twisted, dancing limbs; the monumental, immersive enlargements; the bursting blocks of raw stone and polished skin; the entangled, sinuous bodies; the singular mind and powerful hand of Rodin transformed the art of sculpture into living flesh, sublime movement, pure expression.

What people are saying about Musee Rodin

Overall rating

4.4 / 5

based on 2,375 reviews

I managed to see the Louvre, Sainte Chapelle, the Orsay and took the river cruise from Friday afternoon to Saturday. Definitely a value for money! And the access is also easier to the attractions.

It was amazing, prioritized access so no waiting in line. 50 museums in Paris for that price is great. Would recommend if you’re a fan of museums and photography

If the museum pass can be obtained electronically instead of picking up in a physical location, that would be more convenient.

Все было супер. Покупал на два дня. Быстро без очередей. Что хотел - то успел. Рекомендую!!!

Entrada nos museus sem fila e com pouca espera. Vale super a pena
