Visit historic Nishiki Market to see and taste many foods unique to Kyoto. Learn what makes the cuisine so different from Tokyo as you tuck into dishes such as yuba (tofu skin), pickled vegetables, sesame crackers, croquettes, and hamo (Japanese pike conger eel).
