Everything was handled perfectly. They clarified our date of arrival to our Shibuya hotel (I was originally off by one day on the date of our arrival). The SIM card was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. Highly recommend. The card works in our iPhones.

Definitely worth it and also absolutely necessary because some don't speak English or often look through maps themselves for where and how they're going

No problem installing eSim. Haven’t had a problem accessing data. Daily 1 GB sufficient given that I also have access to WiFi at the conference I attended

for me outside the baggage exit with his sign and my name on it. He was very polite and the ride from Shin Chitose Airport went smoothly.

Recommended, you can have Internet to guide you where you want to go.
