It's just a 3 minute walk from nearby Higashi Shinjuku Station on the Toei Oedo Line or Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line, and is near one of Tokyo's major city centers. We also offer many ways to return your device, such as by dropping it off at our counter in Shinjuku, Tokyo, or shipping it to us from anywhere in Japan.
