Relax in a comfortable vehicle for around 1 hour 30 minutes( with one market/toilet break and a quick photo stoop at a the small Bovilla canyon) on the transfer through the scenic countryside to sparkling waters of Bovilla Lake. Ascend to a viewpoint where you can relax with stunning lake and mountain views for around 2 hours. Descend along the same path to the vehicle(around 40 minutes) for the transfer back to your accommodation in Tirana(around 1 hour 30 minutes). Arrive at your hotel with a deeper appreciation for Albania's natural treasures. Please consider: Swimming , littering , kayaking, etc. in the lake is FORBIDDEN. This is a protected area. Please consider: This is a group tour that involves a tiring hike of 2 to 2.5 km, depending on the point where the van will stop. It can be really challenging in the Albanian weather, especially if you haven't hiked before. Discuss with your guide beforehand your options if you can't continue the hike. Please consider: The pick up will be handled by the guide, and you will be promptly informed 10 to 15 minutes before we get to your location. You might have to walk some minutes to get on some main road if the bus can't enter the area/ road where you are located. Furthermore, the pickup starts 30 to 40 minutes before your selected time.

This UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for its well-preserved Ottoman architecture and rich history. Your first stop is Belshi Lake, a peaceful and picturesque spot near a small town. Take a moment to enjoy the natural beauty before continuing to Berat. Upon arrival, visit Berat Castle, a remarkable fortress where people still live within its ancient walls. As you explore, admire the stunning views of the city and discover several well-preserved Byzantine churches. Next, you have the option to visit the Onufri Museum (optional) known for its breathtaking collection of sacred artwork with vibrant red and gold hues. After the museum, stroll through the charming old quarters of Mangalemi and Gorica. These historic neighborhoods, separated by the Osumi River, are connected by the iconic Gorica Bridge, offering a glimpse into Berat’s timeless beauty. FREE TIME/LUNCH: After soaking in the culture and history, enjoy 2 hour 30 minutes of free time to explore the New Berat city, take photos and enjoy the lunch. After exploring the city, we will return to Tirana. IMPORTANT: The walking tour inside the castle includes stone streets with some uphill and downhill paths. Comfortable shoes and basic fitness are recommended! IMPORTANT NOTE: During off season November- May most of the museums may be closed on Monday.

This is the perfect spot to capture breathtaking photographs or simply savor the moment. Descend along the same path and, upon reaching the base, visit the river's shore. Here, you can splash and paddle in the cool waters or relax in the shadow of a mountain cave. If you wish to swim, note that swimming in Lake Bovilla is forbidden; however, swimming in the river is always an option. Wrap up your day with some free time to grab a meal at a nearby restaurant (at your own expense) or enjoy a snack you’ve brought with you. After a day of adventure and natural beauty, return to Tirana, where you'll be dropped off at your accommodation, leaving with a deeper appreciation for Albania’s remarkable landscapes.

Known for its white sandy shores and crystal-clear turquoise waters, Ksamil is a true paradise. Here, you’ll have free time to relax, sunbathe, or take a refreshing swim in the pristine sea. For those who love exploring, you can rent a small boat or kayak to visit the nearby Ksamil Islands, a group of small, unspoiled islets just offshore. If you’re feeling hungry, you’ll also have the chance to enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at one of the beachfront restaurants (not included in the tour price). After our relaxing time in Ksamil, we continue our journey inland to one of Albania’s most mesmerizing natural attractions—the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër). This stunning freshwater spring is a deep, vivid blue, resembling an eye, and surrounded by lush greenery. You’ll have time to admire the beauty of this magical place, take in the peaceful atmosphere, and walk along the wooden pathways for different viewpoints. The most daring visitors can even dip their feet in the ice-cold water, which remains at a constant temperature of 10°C (50°F) all year round! After exploring the Blue Eye, we begin our return journey back to Tirana, Durrës, or Golem. As we drive through the scenic landscapes of southern Albania, you can sit back, relax, and reflect on the incredible experiences of the day. We’ll drop you off at your original pickup location, marking the end of a truly memorable adventure.

Be greeted and supported by staff who will help you onboard. Board a modern bus to leave your worries behind, and arrive on time at your destination at the airport, or in the city in an only 20-minute ride. You can freely plan your departure time with a ticket valid up to 24-hours on purchase date.

In the morning, the tour guide will pick you up from Tirana and start the journey towards Mount Sari Salltik. Enjoy the guide’s insights and a scenic ride along a panoramic mountain road to visit this holy site, which holds great significance in the Bektashi faith. Perched at 1,176 meters above sea level, the cave shrine offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. After visiting Sari Salltik, continue to the historic city of Kruja, where the guided walking tour begins at the Old Bazaar—one of the oldest and largest in Albania, filled with traditional souvenirs and handicrafts. The guide will provide explanations during the walk, while free time for shopping will be available later. Next, proceed inside the Kruja Castle, strolling through its ancient walls and learning about its history. From the outside, the guide will introduce you to the Skanderbeg Museum, dedicated to Albania’s national hero, as well as the Ethnographic Museum, the Turkish Bath, the Skanderbeg Olive, and the castle’s secret entrance. Free Time / Lunch: After soaking in the culture and history, enjoy your free time to explore the Old Bazaar, take photos, visit the museums, or have lunch at your own pace. IMPORTANT NOTE: During off season November- May most of the museums may be closed on Monday! In the afternoon, return to Tirana. Note: During the visit to the Sari Salltik cave, it is possible (though uncommon) to witness local religious rituals involving animal sacrifice. If this is a concern, please inform your tour guide in advance.

We will pick you up from your accommodation in Tirana (for Lezha and Shkodra there is a meeting point). Relax in a comfortable van for a 1.5-hour drive until our first stop for coffee, snacks, stretching your legs, and free toilets. Since it’s an early start, you can also take a nap during this part of the ride. To keep it peaceful, the guide will only share a short itinerary until after the break. From there, it’s about another 1.5 hours of driving. During this part, your guide will share interesting information about Albania, the area, and the tour itself while you enjoy the mountain and lake scenery. Please note that part of the road is under construction and can be a bit bumpy. After around 3 hours in total, we will reach the Komani Lake dam. Following the guide’s instructions, we’ll walk through a 7-minute tunnel to reach the boat. Enjoy a 1-hour boat ride across Komani Lake with stunning views of mountains, greenery, and crystal-clear waters—a perfect time for photos! At Shala River, you’ll have about 3 hours of free time. The guide will show you the best spots to swim, relax, have lunch, or enjoy a drink by the river. You will also have the option to join a short guided hike to the Shala River balcony for another amazing view. After enjoying this natural paradise, we will take the same boat back and meet the van for the return trip to Tirana, including one stop for a short break and toilets on the way. After a full walking tour of the old town, our tour leader will guide you to the Ohrid bazaar, where you can enjoy some free time and have lunch at the local taverns. Continue your scenic drive along the lake's perimeter. Short stop by "Bay of Bones" to learn about the history of the site. Following your yourney by the lake, you will soon encounter the Saint Naum Monastery. As you admire the ancient Byzantine architecture that has stood for a thousand years, you'll proceed to explore the monastery's interior. Inside, you will pay a visit to the central church of the monastery and relish the picturesque view of the lake from this vantage point. For nature enthusiasts, the monastery also houses captivating peacocks, adding to its overall charm and beauty. Re-enter Albania and make a stop at Drilon Park, a serene spot by the Drilon River. This river, flowing gracefully into Lake Ohrid, has created a unique ecosystem, serving as a habitat for many graceful swans. As you return to Tirana, you'll ascend to the lofty heights of Mount Qafe Thana where you will encounter Lin Village. The breathtaking vista of the village and the adjacent lake makes it an ideal spot for capturing memorable photographs and creating cherished memories.

We will pick you up from your accommodation or meeting point in Tirana and begin our guided hiking tour to Bovilla Lake. Sit back and relax in our comfortable van for a 1.5-hour drive, including a short stop at a local market where you can purchase snacks/drinks and use the restrooms/toilets free of charge. During the journey, your tour guide will share interesting information about Albania areas. Our first stop will be the Bovilla Canyons, where you can stretch your legs and enjoy the refreshing air and beautiful landscape of the small canyon. Just 10 minutes from there, we will arrive at Bovilla Lake, where the hike begins. After a short briefing from the guide, we’ll start the hike. As you climb, take in the serene surroundings—the higher you go, the more breathtaking the view becomes! At the famous “Balcony of Bovilla,” you’ll have free time to soak in the stunning panorama. For photography enthusiasts, this is the perfect spot to capture unforgettable shots. If you prefer to relax, find a peaceful corner to sit and enjoy nature. Nearby, there is a bar/restaurant where you can grab a drink while admiring the lake view. On the way back, we’ll make a stop at the river just below the dam, where you can cool off with a refreshing swim (available from May to September). Please note that swimming in the lake itself is not permitted as it is a protected area. After this memorable experience, we will drive you back to your accommodation or meeting point in Tirana. IMPORTANT: The hike is around 2 km ( 1 km one way)- easy level- but for some people it might be difficult considering the hot weather in the summer and maybe not used to hike before.
