Overall rating

Proper guidance was not provided by transport or guide at start of hike. This is not an easy trail and changes to weather can even worsen the track. Rain forest track and coming down from red crater roads were extremely poor and dirty and not looked after. Drop shuttles could have been more regular rather than waiting 1hour each time

We really loved it. Coming from a hot climate this was so different and a shock to the system. The guides were really good (Tim, Sammy and Alina) and really looked after us.

It is quite expensive, I will not lie. You pay mainly for transport here.

Excellent tour guide- John. Very interactive tour guidance.

Had an absolute ball,Jackson and Ollie were awesome guides.
