The trip was great, but it is what happen after being dropped off that was even better. After our guide made a joke about people leaving stuff in the van, I a course didn't grad my water bottle holder with not only my water bottle but also with my phone. The phone held our visas that we needed for our cruise starting the next day. Upon arriving in our room, I realized it was missing. I had their number went to the lobby asking them for help in contacting them. It was past quitting time for the company, but they reached the manager for me. I told him what happened, he said he had already been notified and would take care of it. My daughter talked me into taking a walk to relax, by the time we returned everything had been returned and waiting in the room. Cruise saved. Wonderful company, wonderful tour and a wonderful driver whose name I can no longer remember, but he is from Brazil. Take his advice and get the ice cream, it is delicious. You can trust this company. Thank you.

John was a great tour guide! Provided lots of history of places we were driving through and was very engaging and funny. Pick up was easy. We stopped somewhere for breakfast/restrooms before continuing on to Hobbiton. Visiting Hobbiton was a dream come true! A must visit for any LOTR fan. The glowworm caves were really cool too. Overall a fun filled day. On the way back to Auckland we stopped at an ice cream shop which was a nice treat. This tour was one of the best parts of my NZ trip.

The whole day was incredible. Totally exceeded my expectations. Our driver and tour guide, Simon, was wonderful. Attention to detail for the whole encounter was amazing, including Simon’s strategic playlist on the bus! I would highly highly recommend this to anyone who is in New Zealand

Both sites, Hobbiton and Waitomo caves are well worth the visit and the trip was well organized. Anybody doing these two things in one day need to be aware that there is a lot of driving to and from.

John was great! The hobbit tour was wonderful & the caves were spectacular!
