Step inside our exclusive restaurant, where you'll welcomed by your friendly hosts and Argentine "asador" chef. Sip on a welcome cocktail and sit at the beautiful bar that surrounds the custom-made grill in the center of the dining room. Our closed-door restaurant does not have any private tables, as guests sit at the low bar which allows for everyone to see the chef's preparations on the grill. The chef will explain the different cuts of meat you will try from the menu, the cooking techniques and provide a short history of the Asado tradition. Make your own Chimichurri sauce, a traditional condiment present in all steakhouses and Asados. While seated near the fire, you can enjoy watching all the food preparations and may ask any questions. Asado is all about being relaxed, and enjoying good food and wine in great company. Start with several small plates of traditional dishes such as empanada, choripan and morcipan, grilled provolone cheese and several surprise steak cuts. Then, try a typical grilled pork cut, and three cuts of grass-fed beef served in different ways. The dinner is completed with coffee and a branded dulce de leche pancake served with Patagonian berries.
