Tropea

Depart from the port of Tropea and sail along the beautiful coastline of Calabria. Stop underneath the Church Sanctuary of Saint Mary dell' Isola di Tropea, which is built on a cliff overlooking the glimmering blue sea. Visit the local "Blue Grotto" notable for its transparent waters. Arrive at Formicoli, a beach area that was once the location of an Ancient Roman port. Stop alongside the beach and use the snorkeling gear provided to explore the underwater world. Arrive at the promontory of Capo Vaticano and admire the lighthouse located on this narrow spit of land. Visit the wonderful white beach of Praia I Focu, where you can swim or relax for a short time on the beach. Returning towards Tropea, make a final stop at the small Bay of Riaci for some more snorkeling before arriving back at the port.

Visit the fantastic island of Stromboli on this tour starting in the early afternoon from Tropea. Drive through the sunset and admire the perfect cone of the volcano crater. From there, you will travel to the charming island of Panarea, arriving around 12:45. Once you arrive, the island is yours to explore! The village dates back to 1400 BC and is just a 25-minute walk or taxi ride away. This unique and fascinating destination will transport you back in time, and leave you in awe of the ancient history of the island. Later in the day, you will depart from Panarea around 15:15 and head to Stromboli, one of the most picturesque islands in the Mediterranean. Upon your arrival at 16:00, take a leisurely walk on the black sand beach of S. Vincenzo and soak in the stunning cobalt blue sea. You can also indulge in some local cuisine or indulge in a bit of shopping. As the sun begins to set, you will embark on an exciting journey to the "sciara di fuoco" at around 19:40. After a 30-minute boat ride to the opposite side of the island, you will witness the nighttime eruption of the active Stromboli volcano. This natural wonder is a truly mesmerizing sight that will leave you breathless! You will have a 20-minute stopover there, allowing you to fully take in the beauty of this unique volcanic landscape. As the evening comes to a close, you will head back to Tropea, arriving at around 22:30, and finally to the Vibo Marina port around 23:30. The initial navigation is quite picturesque, as it follows the Vibo-Tropea-Capo Vaticano coastline, traveling at a comfortable cruising speed close to the shore, allowing passengers to admire the most beautiful coast of Calabria. In this tour we will visit the most beautiful places such as: -Tropea with its island and the view of the town built on the cliff; -Riaci with its caves; - Formicoli with its ancient Roman port, now home to a lot of marine flora and fauna; -Capo Vaticano with its white beaches reachable only by sea.
