What People Are Saying About Taormina

Great introduction to Sicilian food and wine

Nice food and drink. Good company (there were 10 of us.) Interesting and entertaining guide(Alfredo.) All in all, a splendid concept.

Picturesque vineyards, great wine, great company, professional guide

We visited three small wineries, each surrounded by picturesque vineyards. The autumn sunshine helped make some good photos. The group of about 10 was split between two minibuses and was just the right size. The tastings (a white and a red at each winery) were hosted by the guide, himself a professional sommelier, and who gave us some great tips. Somewhat surprisingly, none of the wineries actually tried to sell us any of their products!

We only had one day in Sicily and it was everything we hoped for!

We loved the wine at both places, but at the Don Saro we felt like we were with family. We really like Paulo, the tour guide, and now he is our Friend. Thank you so much for a great day in Sicily!

Taormina Half-Day Pizza Making Class Reviewed by Gerald, 10/06/2016

Had a blast making our pizza and then eating it!

We were part of a larger group for a couple of hours rolling pasta and making bread loaves. Enjoyed some wine and cold cuts along the way. Broke off from them and the 4 us in our group went to the pizza oven and made pizza while they cooked in the kitchen. We felt like family, and there was no rush for us to leave even though the Restaraunt was doing a brisk business. The wine was plentiful and the people in the class became our friends.
