Begin the tour in Barranco, Lima’s most bohemian suburb. We will see Barranco’s Central Park, its Municipal Library, the traditional Bridge of Sighs, the colonial homes and its famous boulevard. Next, we will drive down the South Pacific Coast Highway to Pachacamac, the most important ceremonial center in the Peruvian coast during pre-Inca and Inca times. Throughout the centuries Pachacamac was occupied by many different Andean civilizations such as the Lima’s, the Wari’s, the Ichma’s and finally by the Inca Empire. However, the Pachacamac Oracle always remained a religious center. We will see several pyramidal temples and enclosures from different time periods: the Adobitos & Old Temple (I C. A.D.), the painted Temple (VIII C. A.D.), a pyramid with a ramp (XIII C. A.D) & the Temple of the Sun (XV C. A.D.). Besides the ruins we will also visit an on-site museum displaying pottery, textiles, shell and stone ornaments, as well as the wooden Pachacamac idol found during excavations (1938)

Meet your guide a few blocks away from Francisco de Miranda Park in Miraflores. After a short briefing from your guide hop on your bike and start riding. Feel the fresh sea air and sunshine as you bike along the cliffs of the Miraflores. Pass by the Larcomar shopping center. Arrive in Barranco and ride down the picturesque old streets of the bohemian neighborhood. Check out the street art and murals that decorate the neighborhood. Learn about Barranco’s vibrant nightlife and bars. Make a wish at the Bridge of Sighs, a romantic walkway that leads under a wooden bridge to a cliff with sweeping views of the ocean. Ride to the working class Chorrilos neighborhood, famous for its pier, fish market, and El Morro Hill. Pedal up El Morro Hill and see the world's tallest Jesus statue which lights up Lima Bay every night.  After your uphill ride, enjoy cruising back downhill. Return to Barranco and stop in a local cafe bar for ice cream, coffee, craft beer, or smoothie.

Surquillo Market N1 We will go to the local market located in the Surquillo district (near Miraflores) where you will see all the different fresh and organic products that Peru has, such as vegetables, tubers, meats and more. Good place to taste native fruits. Next, you will try the famous Ceviche (Peru’s national dish) at a local restaurant. Chorrillos District Then, we will visit the main Fish Market of Lima to learn about the fishing industry in Peru. Also, your local guide will show you the tools and baits used by locals for doing this important activity. Great opportunity to meet the local people. Barranco district In Barranco area you will see the artistic streets and learn the history of this trendy place from your expert guide. Also, here we eat a delicious dessert at a nice restaurant with ocean view. Learn about the food fusions among different cultures mixed with the Peruvian one.

Get all the equipment you need to make your day memorable on two wheels. Get your helmets, maps with attractions and bike paths, and a lock for your bike and head out to explore Lima. You can start riding north or south and staff can assist you with finding best route for you. If you're hungry during your ride, staff can also give you some recommendations about where to go for lunch. If you're planning to go to Larco Museum, it is recommended you to have data on your phone be able to follow instructions on how to get there. Your bikes are good quality with seven gears, aluminum frames, comfortable seats, and big tires for optimal control. Biking around Miraflores, San Isidro, Barranco, or Chorrillos is easy and safe. If you are planning to discover Lima's downtown, it is recommended to do so on Saturdays or Sundays, when a direct bike lane is available.

On the drive to the Pachacamac archeological site, your guide will provide an orientation about the culture and people that once lived there. On this half-day private tour, visit the site’s museum and its monuments. Take in the Temple of the Sun, the Old Temple, the Painted Temple, Taulichumbi Palace and more. Pachacamac was the major Pre-Hispanic ceremonial center on America’s Pacific Coast. See the buildings of the 4 known cultures that occupied the site over time. Enjoy views of the sea from the Temple of the Sun, the highest point in Pachacamac. Return to Lima and visit the district of Chorrillos, an area that played an important role in the war with Chile from 1879 to 1883. Later the tour continues to the Wetlands of Villa and the Costa Verde beach circuit. You will see a panoramic tour of La Herradura beach and the shanty towns of this neighborhood. Lastly, you'll visit Barranco, where you’ll take a walk by the Bridge of Sighs, La Ermita Church and other buildings that date from Lima’s colonial era.

1. Our first visit will be the Historic Center of Lima, where you will about the local culture and history with the assistance of your guide. Admire the monuments of Plaza Mayor, The cathedral, Archbishop's Palace, the San Francisco Monastery, the Catacombs and more 2. After the City Tour we will have lunch in a local restaurant. 3. Our second stop will be to one of highest points of the city, located in Chorrillos district, to go to the historical “Morro Solar”, where an outstanding view will be waiting for us, we will learn about the history of this spot and Peru in general. 4. The next spot is the bohemian and artistic district of Barranco, which is the smallest district of Lima. We will visit the Plaza, the romantic “Puente de los suspiros”. In addition, we will take a look at the beautiful art murals of this traditional neighborhood. 5. We continue to Miraflores, where we will visit the romantic “Parque Del Amor” that has an artsy sculpture made by a well recognized artist and it offers a panoramic view of the Peruvian sea. Then, we go towards “Parque Kennedy” for a walk throughout the park and have a nice conversation about the history of such a popular place. 6. Finally, we'll go to local market in Surquillo, wher you where we will learn about many products we grow and harvest in our country and also learn about the Peruvian gastronomy, We will have the oportunity to taste fruits and exotic products brought from different regions of Peru (Coast, Andes and Amazon).

We will start by picking you up from your accommodation and then we will head to the Olive Park . We will start by visiting the beautiful Parque del Olivar (San Isidro) that was declared a National Monument in 1959 and Monumental Zone in 1998. Nice place to see birds, reptiles, mammals and fish that carry out their life cycle within El Olivar Park. Afterwards, we will head towards Miraflores for a panoramic view of the impressive Pucllana Ruins, which was an important ceremonial center developed in 200 AD. Also we'll visit the Kennedy Park is one of the most important public spaces in Miraflores, also known as "the park of the cats" because it is home to approximately 80 cats. Then, we'll see the beatifull Love Park is surrounded by walls decorated with beautiful mosaics and romantic phrases in Spanish and Quechua. Park inspired by the Park Güell in Barcelona. We will visit the spectacular bohemian streets of Barranco that are surrounded by beautiful murals that transmit our Peruvian culture. We will visit the most famous romantic bridge in Barranco known as the "Puente de los suspiros" (Bridge of Sighs). It is the perfect place to meet, relax and have fun as it is full of history, love and inspiration. Last but not least, we will visit the district of Corrillos, which is surrounded by a group of hills, as well as the Monument to the Unknown Soldier, the Morro Solar planetarium, the Pope's Cross and the Christ of the Pacific or Redeemer. After the tour, we will return you to your hotel or, if you wish, we can drop you off at a restaurant or any other location of your preference (only if you are staying in Miraflores, Barranco or San Isidro).

After pickup directly from your accommodation, head first to the Chorrillos Artisanal Fishing Pier, one of the popular trade points for marine products. Get to know the history of the pier before continuing to the Surquillo Market. The Surquillo Market become something of a mecca for international foodies after the praise of the famous Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio. The market is open every day and sees a large amount of food and spices sold. You can find exotic fruits from the Amazon Rainforest, potatoes and chili peppers from the tops of the distant Andes Mountains, fresh fish and seafood from the coast, and meats of different types, including alpaca and guinea pig. Taste some exotic fruits (cherimoya, granadilla, and tumbo) and the chicha morada (drink made from purple corn), then continue your gastronomic experience at two fast-food restaurants to taste their different specialties. At La Huerta Chinen, where they specialize in Creole mixes, you’ll get to try the famous Causa Limeña (mashed yellow potatoes seasoned with limes, chili peppers, and stuffed with chicken). At Alto K Fish, they specialize in seafood. You’ll get to taste their marine trio (fish ceviche, rice with seafood, and squid pork rinds). After delighting your palate, visit the historic center of Lima and walk through its old streets appreciating its impressive balconies, churches, and colonial houses. See the main square of Lima, the cathedral, the government palace, and the convent of San Francisco and its catacombs. Later, sweeten your palate by tasting Spanish churros (filled with manjar blanco or pastry cream accompanied with white sugar). Then, visit a local bar to learn about the flagship drink of Peru, the pisco sour (made from grape pisco, limos, syrup, egg whites, and angostura bitters). As a final stop, visit the Chabuca Granda avenue to try the Peruvian donuts known by the locals as picarones (made of sweet potato dough accompanied by honey).

We begin our service by picking up passengers at their respective hotels and then heading to the Sanctuary of Pachacamac. On the way we will pass through the districts of Barranco and Chorrillos, we will also have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and the beautiful geography of the coast. After 1 hour we will arrive at the Pachacamac sanctuary where we will stay for a period of 2 hours visiting its different temples, we will also go up to the temple of the sun from there we will have a beautiful view of the Lurin river and valley. We will visit the museum of site where the Idol of the god Pachacamac is located. After this beautiful experience we return to Miraflores and its hotels.

As soon as you arrive, we will tell you the secrets of the most famous dish in Peru and we will select the best fish to prepare this recipe. Indeed! We talk to you about the emblematic ceviche. In this market we will learn the different types of fish that can be used for this dish from our fishermen friends. And how could it be otherwise, we will taste a delicious ceviche in a local restaurant. To culminate this culinary experience, we will head to the Surquillo market, where we will explore the best of Amazonian food. There we will try other fresh fruits that will be a real explosion of flavors for the palate. With a full stomach and after three hours enjoying the traditional markets, we will finish this spectacular tour.
