We always start with the tasting of our 7 references, during which presentations are made and we all sit together to taste the wines accompanied by some typical local products. We tell the story of the wine you are drinking, how it was grown, when it was still grapes in the vineyard, and how it was processed in the cellar. Meanwhile, the dishes also arrive, within which you can find numerous typical local products, each to be paired with a different wine. We start with the Roero Arneis, the only white among the reds, a fresh and fruity wine: it is accompanied by tuna sauce. We then move on to red wines with Dogliani, which we usually pair with salami. First the Dogliani DOCG "Sambù", an easy to drink and light wine, which introduces the Dogliani DOCG "Superiore", more structured and complex. Nebbiolo and Barbera are paired with lard and bacon: the former is fresh and young, the latter is soft and fruity. Subsequently we will taste the Langhe "Excelso" blend of several wines to be tasted with meliga pasta (typical Piedmontese biscuit). And then the last but not least wine, the king of wines, the wine of kings: Barolo, to be tasted with cheese and cugnà (halfway between jam and sauce, it is made with fresh fruit and dried fruit ). After the tastings, we move to the cellar, where you can see how we work to create the wines you have just tasted: fermentation, the decanting and aging tanks, and finally the bottling and labeling phase.

Undoubtedly, you cannot visit Piedmont without exploring one of the most beautiful villages Grinzane Cavour and admire its majestic castle. Join our 1-hour wine tasting experience in the picturesque town of Neive, located in the heart of the Langhe region. This renowned wine-making area is globally known for its production of high-quality wines, and this experience is the opportunity to sample some of the best that the area has to offer. You will try out a selection of 6 different glasses of either Barolo or Barbaresco, two best wines in the world, known for their complexity, depth, and aging potential. The tasting will take place in a cozy enoteca, where a wine expert will guide you through each glass explaining the differences between tecniques, terroir and soils used for each wine which result in deeply different tastes. You will also be provided with local cheeses, meats, and other delicacies that you can enjoy along with the wines.

The Dosman A journey to our three young and dynamic wines which represent a part of our being, which aims at innovation. From here we will retrace the history of Cantina Moscone with particular attention to the vineyards and the surrounding territory. Afterwards the tour will allow us to understand and observe the production techniques of our wines. "Il Dosman" is our "take it easy". A dynamic and versatile tasting, excellent as an aperitif or for a simple break from the world. "The Dosman" will feature tastings of the following wines: • Sirì Rosè • Langhe Chardonnay D.o.c. • Dolcetto d'Alba D.o.c.

Following a pickup from your accommodation in Turin, your personal driver will take to Alba in the Piedmont region, the gastronomical capital of Italy famous for its exquisite black and white truffles approximately an hour's drive away. Together with your truffle-hunting expert and well-trained dogs, you will search fertile ground to find your own truffles.   The real hero of the excursion is the dog who will keep moving through the trees and sniffing at the base of the trunks to find the truffles. Your guide will show you how to use special equipment to delicately pull out the truffles. During a walk through the woods, truffle experts will explain everything related to this culinary delicacy. After the hunting experience in the woods, you will be guided to the picturesque restaurant surrounded by an unforgettable landscape of vineyards. You will enjoy the excellent combination of truffle delicacies paired with famous Barolo wine. Following the lunch, your driver will take to Barbaresco village for a short walk around local heritage sites. Barbaresco village is surrounded by vineyards and characterized by its 30m 11th-century tower visible from miles around. At the end of this incredible experience, your driver will take you back to Turin in comfort while you enjoy the picturesque landscape of Alba.
