Our guide was amazing - the city was beautiful - the bus was a little cramped and it’s a long say trip - also a little frustrating the no eating or drinking anything other than water on the bus some foods I get but some sweets or a can drink seemed a little strange
The trip was a lot of fun and very informative. Our tour guide, Mike, was from Bruges, and gave us a very informative tour and took us on a more scenic route and less touristic route. He had books on the history of the city and told us great stories. He even took pictures for us, which we really appreciated! Great trip overall. Only issue was that our bus felt cramped and the toilet broke midway through so we didn’t have bathroom access. Thankfully the bus made stops to allow us to stretch and use the bathroom.
Beautiful city. Unforgettable. I would like to express my appreciation to our driver, Jose, and our guide, Silvia. Silvia was super nice and gave us an excellent tour with good recommendations of where to eat and the best places to enjoy in the city.
Anna Maria and Mike, our guide were outstanding. Mike was kind, patient, approachable and knowledgeable. Brugge was a story book, beautiful. Anna Maria at trips end, stay with us on her own time to assist us in getting a taxi back to our hotel, and walked us to our meeting point. It was a lovely experience - the people and the place.
The bus was comfortable, the guides pleasant and all instructions were easy to understand

The driver was awesome! I think his name was Ned or Nev. Anna Maria was our guide on the bus but since it was a Spanish English group when we got to Bruges we had an intimate tour with Arthur since there were only 9 in the group with a preference for English. He was excellent as well.
The tour was very informative and our guide, Angel, held nothing back. She answered all questions with a professional and factual manner. A truly enlightening experience. Thank you Angel!
We were a family of 4: mom, dad and 9 and 10 year old kids. It was such a fun day trip, very informative, coach was comfortable. No bathrooms but we made bathroom stop. Bruges was b-e-a-u-t-I-f-u-l. Overall it was a fantastic trip and highly recommended.
Our trip was great. The bus was comfortable. The info easy to understand. At the destination we were handed over to a VERY knowledgeable gentleman who was very easy to understand and a good storyteller, keeping everyone engaged. He was good about answering questions and sharing directions to places people want to go after his part was done. Thoroughly enjoyable. We are repeaters with get yourguide and check them first.
