What people are saying about Heineken Experience

Overall rating

I am glad we did the VIP tour and feel it was worth the money. As well as doing the normal tour we had five half pints of different lager in our own private bar (small group) with pairing snacks. At the end you have two more half pints in the bar with the normal tour people as well so you get quite a bit to drink as well as there being a special way of getting in to the end bar for the VIP tour. You also get a gift of a bottle of Heineken with your name printed on (or whatever else you want printed on it). I really enjoyed this experience.

Incredible experience, learnt a lot about the Heineken history and at the end had good quality time “partying” while having 2 beers. If you get rooftop tickets, it has a nice view and can have a cocktail made with Heineken’s beer , which I didn’t know that existed. The staff keeps the ambiance turned on and shoutout to Gonzalo who was super friendly.

It was a great experience. A must do!! The price is worth. The 4d bottling experience was unexpected and amazing. Then end bar where you go to the tap room, awesome energy and great music.

They didn’t give me a refund after I explained that I got pickpocketed and had to get my emergency passport during the event. Ridiculous how the circumstances didn’t supersede policy.

It was a nice event, but it could have been more appropriate.
