There was no guide on the tour in the conventional sense. The van dropped us to a station and the driver handed us the tickets and explained the transfers etc. However, there’s a self guided tour at the top where you follow the blue tour numbers. Make sure to read the details in the booklet that comes with the ticket. Some of our co passengers missed out the observation deck as they spent inordinate time at some other spot. With just about an hour and a half on hand it’s a bit of a rush. But the view is breathtaking from every direction.

If you don’t want to worry about taking the trains and buying tickets then this is a great option. I enjoyed my time up Jungfrau. I do recommend to plan ahead and check the weather. I went during a very cloudy day and although Jungfrau was still very impressive, I would’ve liked to see more views.

Amazing experience. Definitely worth doing. Tour was very well organized and all the info we needed to meet up and get started was on the app, which was very easy to use.
