Full description

Take a scenic coach journey from Zürich through the beautiful countryside and along the shores of Lake Lucerne to the charming town of Lucerne. Learn from your guide the landmarks like the Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church, and the Concert and Congress Hall. Explore the Old Town before seeing Engelberg. First, a breathtaking journey with the aerial cable car takes you to the middle station “Trübsee” where your snow adventure starts. Slide down the hill on snow tubes and try skiing on the beginner slopes – definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience you shouldn't miss. Then, take the Rotair revolving cable car to the top of Mt. Titlis, located at 3,000 meters above sea level. From the sun terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Swiss Alps and take some photos as a souvenir for those back home. Finally, in the late afternoon, descent with the aerial cable car and drive back to Zürich by coach.

Your tour departs from Sihlquai Coach Parking near Zurich HB (main train station). Follow track 18 (last track on street level) until the road turns right. Follow the road for 50 meters and find the Sihlquai Coach Parking across from Starbucks. By public transport take tram 4, 6, or 13 to the stop Sihlquai/HB. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure with valid ID.

Know before you go

  • This tour is designed for people without any prior ski experience and is recommended for first-time skiers only
  • Wearing a warm winter jacket, solid shoes, and gloves are recommended. Snow pants or a change of clothes after the activities are advisable, as you might get wet.
  • A professional, multilingual guide accompanies the tour from Zürich to Mt. Titlis and back. There is no guide during the snow activities but a Titlis Snow Park staff member supervises the activities and assists in case of any problems
  • Children need to be at least 10 years of age

Honestly I was skeptical about it - SO MUCH FUN! Quick stop in Lucerne, we had a sit down wonderful lunch! Do the ski excursion! It is very beginner friendly and they let us try a bigger hill too! Then we went to the top of the mountain via cable car and the views were once in a lifetime! I told my husband I was unsure of how it would go - and afterwards we both agreed it was so worth it! You get to say you have skied on the Swiss Alps & you have views that are unlike anything else!

A excursão vale muito a pena! Fizemos a Snow Experience, e apesar de ser pouco tempo skiando, é muito legal ter a oportunidade aprender um pouco sobre as técnicas. Demos muita sorte pois nevou muito no dia e o visual ficou sensacional. Só não tivemos vista nenhuma lá do topo da estação, mas ainda assim valeu muito a pena. Experiência perfeita! O passeio em Lucerna é rapidinho mas deu tempo de conhecermos um pouco desse ponto super importante na história da Suíça. Os guias Eduardo e Niky foram super bacanas tbm. Eduardo vai contando várias curiosidades que amei saber! Muito obrigada pela experiência!
