I only give 4 star because the tour in Lucerne was not guided and Engelberg didnot offer so many things to do. Positive thing is,,, I appreciate the tour is on time so i can catch my train at 8 pm. The guide Gonzalo and Isa were also very informative and kind in our way to Lucerne and back to Zurich.

The places itself were breathtaking, enough time to explore , my online issue is that i booked an english tour , yet they spoke 60%- 70% Spanish which was not indicated when i booked that it would be ( english- Spanish ) otherwise, I wouldn't have booked it , but the trip itself is amazing, luckily the weather was amazing too

Absolutely beautiful trip. Filled in the day perfectly well. An hour in Lucerne was just enough time to see all the main sights. If you are in good physical condition, then it’s enough. Bus driver was always in time. The guide Olivia has been always attentive and informative. Engelberg is a small cute village. 3 hours would have been maybe too much , but lunch perfectly filled in the time. I’m skiing every year, so didn’t want to go up the mountains for extra money. Kinda been there, seen that. And also it’s cold there :) so for me personally that was just perfect way of spending time. The only disappointment was other participants who were constantly making others to wait for them. I wished that the driver would have taught them a lesson and driven away, but he was too kind to do that. All in all great :) me happy
