Alcatraz fab

Alcatraz was a fantastic trip.i had a fractured foot and was in a Moon boot and they couldn't of been more helpful.However the pick up point for the tickets is a long way from the bus stop and on crutches that was no fun.ticjets must be picked up by 10 o,clock which meant we didnt have time to pick up a wheelchair first. You would think they'd have a shuttle bus link to the bus stop.the staff went helpful,however the bus drivers and tour guides once aboard were great

Wonderful idea to see the "hot spots" of San Francisco

The use of the bus was a wonderful idea in order to make it all over to the most well known attractions of San Francisco. The night ride was extremely enjoyable as well. My only complaint is if you are "full go" on vacation as my wife and I are, the fact that the bus line stops running around the 5:30pm makes night time traveling across the city reliant on other options than the bus line. In hindsight, I most likely would have only bought a single day pass but I was delayed in getting my Alcatraz tickets and the only option I had was to get the combo package with the Alcatraz tickets. Pretty expensive but I believe it was all worth it.

Great tour! Good locations and good tour guides. I wish my Alcatraz tour was not smack in the middle of the day (1:00) because I was unable to actually use the bus stop at any bus stop because it takes 2.5 hours to just ride the entire loop.
