InFusion Cooking Classes Koh Samui
InFusion was born of the meeting of two different culinary traditions : the refinement of Thai cuisine and the french gastronomy. We are taking the best from our cultures, looking for the pleasure of taste and the quality of food. We are food lovers and, as everyone who loves sincerely, we share with enthusiasm our culinary know-how. All you need to join the course is your good mood, we'll take care of everything else. You'll cook seasonal products, most of them harvested, fished or raised locally. We like our island, so we promote local and organic farming. Come and taste the difference ! You'll prepare yourself one of the best meals you'll have in Thailand. For the taste but for the ethics as well, we have banned some ingredients as palm oil for exemple. You'll love preparing your dessert with a delicious organic coconut oil. Whether you're a novice or a cooking maestro, you'll receive one-on-one advices to perform tasty meals and to be able to do it again at home. During the course, you'll learn plenty of culinary tips and back to your home country, you'll amaze your friends and family. Thai cuisine requires specific ingredients but they are now easily available in asian groceries or even at the supermarket. You'll learn how to keep them for a long time or which ingredients you can use instead. At the end of the course, you'll enjoy the dishes you've prepared yourself. The persons travelling with can join us at luch, just remember to tell us when you book the cooking class. The course and the lunch set place in a beautiful thai villa with aircon, surrounded by a tropical garden. You can also relax at the pool or on sunbeds after the lunch.
