The most incredible experience! Our guide Amos was really knowledgeable and told us some interesting facts about the animals. He tried to get us as close to them as possible and didn’t rush us at all whilst taking pictures. We were lucky enough to see baby twin giraffes which he said was very rare and also got to see lions as well as many more beautiful animals including elephant, zebra, monkey, hippo etc. A day that will live with me forever, I can’t recommend it enough!
Such an amazing experience and really well organised. Recommend this trip! We got picked up at 4:30am from our hotel and taken to Zanzibar airport, got on a small plane with 30 others and landed at the safari and got straight into the trucks to begin the day. Plenty of water through out the day. Amazing food for lunch. Beautiful safari and lovely staff. The staff explained everything to you about the safari and animals and wanted to make sure you have the best experience, they even helped us get amazing photos of all the animals.

Full description
You will be picked up early in the morning at the hotel you are staying for a transfer to the airport. Following this, around 7.45 am, your flight will depart from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park to begin your shared safari game drive around 8.30 am.
During the game drive you will explore the wildlife and environment of Tanzania. Your driver guides have a lot of experience with the area and the wildlife and love to tell you everything about it.
Experience a bush lunch in the afternoon around 13.00. After your bush lunch, continue with the game drive, then get driven back to the airstrip at 14.30 for your flight back to Zanzibar at 15.00. Once you arrive back in Zanzibar, enjoy a transfer back to your hotel.
