Full description
Set sail from Porto Vromi Maries and sail to Navagio Beach, voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Famous for its shipwreck, Navagio Beach also boasts crystal clear waters and the staggering natural color combinations that make up a landscape to excite every visitor. Only accessible by sea, the beach (also known as "Shipwreck Beach") is legendary as the site of the wreck of the MV Panagiotis that ran aground and washed up on the sand in 1980. Get up close to the boat following a short 15-minute cruise from the port of Porto Vromi Maries. Then, enjoy at least 1 hour to soak up the Mediterranean sun at the beach. Ask the captain to stay longer without extra charge if you wish! Return towards Porto Vromi Maries and stop for a swim at the blue caves, the hidden beach of  Sfogio or the paradise beach of Porto Steniti. See the natural formations of the “Neptune Profile” cave before getting dropped off at the port of Porto Vromi Maries. The total trip duration is at least 2.5 to 3 hours but can be extended upon request, depending on how long you want to stay on "Shipwreck Beach."

The boat left on time, with no need to print or collect tickets. A relatively small boat, with timings offset from the big boat cruises, so we had a time with fewer people at the shipwreck. The highlight was the snorkelling in caves - we had much more time than advertised and went to a number of locations.

A must do!

It was really a great activity which lasted for about 3 hours. Even if the beach was too crowded, we had about 45 minutes to wonder around and swim in a clear blue unforgettable water. After that we were taken along the coast and could even swim inside a cave and on another spot which was really worth doing. It seamed to be a family company since the boat driver was working with his son. They were very kind and encouraged those who were afraid of swimming to take a life vest and enjoy swimming in this peace of paradise. I truly recommend this activity.

Exceptionally great experience

Can’t praise them enough! This is how you do it! If you’re in a customer facing eco-tourism business. Where do I start, easy to book via GetYourGuide mobile app, we were running a bit late on the schedule I booked, but I was re-assured that I don’t need to panic as we can board on the next trip . During our tour, we were given 2hrs of stay at Shipwreck Beach, it is usually just 1hr as it still goes to all the blue caves and small beach coves. On the way back unfortunately our hotel shuttle service has left us because we’ve got extended but not due to our choice. I spoke to the tour operator and told her about our situation, she calmly told me that we don’t need to worry about as their service car will drive us back to our hotel. This is how you look after your customers! Accomodating, always smiling, attentive, will extend and go out beyond their service to make sure their customers tour experience are second to none!
