This is Croatia’s oldest and most visited national park, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979. For centuries, water has formed waterfalls and created 16 crystal-clear lakes in this area. Enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of the forest landscape and the lakes that are connected by a series of waterfalls. Board an electric boat to cross Lake Kozjak and learn more about karst formations and the abundant animal life in the park. There was only two of us (my friend and I) on the day we went, so it was really nice to have a private tour! Our guide Petra was very friendly, informative, and patient throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend for the convenience (not having to stress about travelling to Plitvice yourself!)

Amazing place and very well organized tour. The guide (Lukas, if I remember correctly the name) was very kind. Moreover he is really expert in the history of the places that we visited and the country, and he was very passionate in talking about these topics and answering to all our questions.

I had accidently gone into the wrong tour van and was 5 minutes into the drive when the driver realised this and dropped me back. In the meantime, my tour company tried contacting me through WhatsApp call (since my phone was an international number) and was very helpful and supportive to make another round to pick us up again. So a big thumbs up for that. I would tell travellers to definitely provide a contactable number in case of mishaps. Overall the experience was truly amazing and well worth it. It's about an 8 mile trek depending on the route you take so be prepared with good walking shoes and appropriate clothing/water. The bus provided by the park was rather mismanaged but that has nothing to do with our tour company. All an all a fabulous experience!
