Start your day with a pickup from Park Zrinjevac. Hop-in an AC vehicle for a drive towards the baroque town of Varazdin. Your guide will share interesting stories on the way. Discover the baroque gem Varazdin with a local licensed guide. Visit one of the most beautiful graveyards of Europe. Go on a walking tour from the Old Town fortress to the city hall, cathedral and parish Church of St. Nicholas. After the tour, your will be given free time for your own activities. Drive to Trakoscan Castle. The fairy tale castle dates back to the late 13th century but was reconstructed in the 19th century in the Romantic spirit by the noble Draskovic family. In the castle, you will see a valuable collection of paintings, furniture and weapons. Return to Zagreb in the late afternoon hours.

Superbe ville avec un beau chateau dont on visite la cour intérieure. Le cimetière à proximité est intégré à l'excursion, il est bien mais ce n'est pas le plus beau. Enfin, le dernier chateau est magnifique de l'extérieur et il offre de beaux points de vue. La décoration intérieure est un peu moins intéressante. La guide parlait un anglais parfait, avec un rythme assez lent pour faciliter la compréhension de tous les touristes.

Our guide was fabulous, Gorrin, because he was a history major and new everything about Croatia and the surrounding areas. On time and professional with a very comfortable ban. Spent time in Varazdin, a small town about an hour outside Zagreb with some time to explore on our own. Trakoscan Castle was located on a beautiful lake, great views with original furniture furnishings in the castle. A bit of a hike uphill to get into the Castle.

La excursión merece la pena. Éramos un grupo pequeño de 7 personas. El conductor Sr.Goran muy puntual. Nos explicó de camino a Varazdin la historia de Croacia. Llegamos para hacer la visita a la ciudad de Varazdin donde nos esperó una guia local. Nos ofreció un buen paseo y explicaciones sobre el lugar. Después tuvimos hora y media libre y salimos hacia el Castillo de Trakoscan. Precioso en el lago. Pudimos hacer fotos y disfrutar de la visita al castillo y de las vistas. Después vuelta a Zagreb. Todo ello muy bien asistidos y muy profesionales.
