The Plitvice Lakes were fantastic. But the tour started dramatically. Both us, another couple and a single traveler, were navigated by Get your Gide to a place, which later turned out to be around the corner from where the tour bus actually stopped. Despite the larger number of people missing, no effort was made to call us, and the bus simply left without us. As a result, we had to order an Uber for 188,- to still be able to catch the bus and get on 45 minutes before the Plitvice Lakes. That is a lot of money wasted, which could have been saved, with a simple phone call or a navigation that is correct as indicated on the site. We were there half an hour before departure time, so it should not have been a problem. Very disappointing that this happened this way and we hope that something will be done about the navigation via the booking.
