Full description

See both the beauty of Uluru and Kata Tjuta on this helicopter experience. This tour will showcase Kata Tjuta, which means "many heads". It is made up of a group of 36 conglomerate rock domes, the highest of which stands 198 meters taller than Uluru. Ensure that you don't miss out on seeing the entire formation by taking a ride in by helicopter. With the wide spread of the domes and local restrictions due to sacred sites, access from the ground is restricted to only 75% of Kata Tjuta.

Embark on a trip that combines this experience with viewing Uluru, and which will leave you with cherished memories and photographs that will last a lifetime.

We booked the helicopter trip ride over Uluru and Kata Tjuta recently!! It was amazing. Our pilot was really knowledgeable about the area and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the landmarks from above. It really made me feel quite emotional. I highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about it. It is well worth the money and you wont be sorry!! 5 stars for me and my family.

A great experience. Excellent safety briefing and onboard commentary. Our first helicopter flight and we felt very safe at all times. Only disappointment was not being able to fly around and over Uluru so we didn't get to see much more than from a bus. We saw more of Kata Tjuta but still didn't go over or around. However, the view of the surrounding landscape was very good.

The guys that picked me up from the campground were on time, kind and polite. The transport van's were comfortable and safe. The helicopter flight was absolutely amazing. I am so glad i got to see Uluru and Kata Tjuta from an aerial view. It really does give a lot of context when you do the walks around both sites. The pilot was very knowledgeable of the area and of both culture sites. It was a very safe and enjoyable flight. We landed at the airport and got driven back to our pick up accommodations. There isn't room in the helicopter for bags, just need to take phone, wallet and camera on your helicopter flight.
