(DISCLAIMER, PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE $28USD PER PERSON CHICHEN ITZA TAX) The guides were excellent. A one in particular was a little harder to understand but if you focused you were fine. We were the very first group picked up because we were pretty far south in the Cancun Hotel Zone and we spent the next hour and a half picking everyone else up. That was not fun. Good thing they started from the south when they dropped everyone off. When we were running late coming back they arranged for vans to meet the main bus and take some groups to their hotels. So they were very accommodating on that. I wish they would have done that at the beginning. Also this price DOES NOT include the $28 USD tax PER PERSON for Chichen Itza even though the description says everything is included EVEN THE NEW CHICHEN ITZA TAX. Food was great. Sales pitches and pressure to buy items were a little too strong. Bus had bathrooms Oxman Cenote was pretty hole in the wall-esque. Kinda dirty. Valladolid was nice

As Chichen Itzá archaeological site closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tour was tweaked to a ¨Cenotes and Mayan traditions¨ with local tour affiliate, Ekinox Tours. The tour guide was rather knowledgeable & thorough. The tour included hotel pick-up, swimming in two impressive Cenotes (Mariposa & Chen-Ha), learning about the process of collecting honey from the Maya bee, the Melipona; traditions related to cocoa in the daily life of the Mayans; Mayan ceremony with a Shaman a nice lunch then shopping on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen.

The guide is very informative and very helpful. The tour is enjoyable, however, Coba is closed early this due to pandemic, after traveling 1 1/2 hours form Ik Kil we were informed that Coba was closed. As part of the tour I hoped the company should have been knowledgeable of the open hours before putting the tour on the website. We ended up going to Playa del Carmen for shopping. It’s no Pyramid but it’s still ok.

Amazing experience! From the beginning until the end the guides were very attentive and engaging. They ensured that we were comfortable the entire time. The food offered was delicious and we were able to get authentic desserts on the last time. Would really recommend this tour for a complete experience.

It was a great day from start to finish. Our tour guides were very informative and answered all of our questions. It was a long day but it was broken up well. We had time to purchase souvenirs and drinks. We even did a tequila tasting & purchased several bottles of tequila.
