Wonderful tour. Sammy the guide and his team Alexis and Ruth were excellent. Take a mask as it is required for entry (if not 20 pesos to buy), Also would recommend packing some snacks as the drive is over 3 hours and you will be hungry by the time you get there. You are not allowed to take food into Chichen Itza site but have the option of buying before or after the tour and there is a snack bar inside. The buffet at the Cenote was delicious and the Cenote swimming experience itself was the most amazing/enjoy part for the kids. Would highly recommend this tour.
Our guides Rey and Alan, and driver Alexis were amazing, sharing information and history about the region and culture on the bus ride there, and giving a detailed guided tour of the ruins. Stopping off at the cenote on the way back was also another highlight, a great chance to cool off in a beautiful spot! 100% recommend the tour with this team, it wouldn't have been the same if we did it by ourselves.
The experience as a whole was amazing Our guide Ulyses was amazing! His interpretation skills were perfect. He was able to switch between english and spanish in a really amazing way. Very funny and entertaining, he was providing really important information. The tour to Chichen Itza, the cenote, linch and vallaloid was perfect! It’s worth every penny!
Highly recommended, long and I would remove Valladolid and the Mayan village (souvenirs at prohibitive and exorbitant prices) in favor of a shorter route.
Great, easy going. No stress, awesome guides. Great food a great way for a first timer like us
