We got to see a lot of places in one day. Felt a bit rushed but everything was on time and got picked up in our hotel located in Hotelera zona in Cancun. Cenote was beautiful and food was delicious. Chichen Itza and ballcourt looked amazing and tour provided information about Mayans. Valladolid was a quick 30 min stop on our way back. My only complaint is that there were a lot on people on bus tour with few empty seats with this ongoing pandemic. I thought maybe they would reduce amount of ppl. Overall good experience.
Gabriel met me at my hotel. The van was comfortable. After picking up a few other guests, we drove about an hour to the cenotes. We visited three cenotes in total, walking from one to another. One was completely enclosed, one partially enclosed, and the final one open. Afterwards, we ate a meal at the restaurant on-site. There were vegetarian options.
This your was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to cancún, the tour guild did a great job of explaining the history behind each site visited, although the he mostly spoke in Spanish but that was expected as we were in a Spanish speaking country lol. It's a entire day trip so be prepared. You'll love it I guarantee you.
Our guide was Juan Carlos, Pedro and Robert were amazing! They were patient with our group as we had a big one. And they very thorough with with information on the culture. We enjoyed every moment of our 11 hours!! We would highly recommend this experience!!
The tour is listed as 5 hours (half day) from Cancun. However, it was 10.5 hours in total duration. A little misleading. Overall the tour was great. We had Ruth and Cecilio as our tour guides. They were amazing and I would definitely do this again.
