1. Jamaica: Black River Safari, YS Falls, and Appleton Rum Tour
This trip takes you to the town of Black River, where you will board a boat before traveling the longest navigable river in Jamaica. The Black River was very essential in the past when the island was a major producer of sugarcane. You will sail through the interior of the rainforest, before traveling through rural villages dotted along the coastline. You will be able to observe as you travel past exotic birds, plants, and wildlife such as the endangered American Crocodiles. There are plenty of crocodiles, so prepare your cameras to take snapshots. Soon you will be able to take a short break and enjoy a traditional Jamaican lunch, before journeying into the western side of the island passing through the historic Bamboo Avenue, a true masterpiece of nature. You will then head over to a nature-based attraction, YS Falls, which will give you the opportunity to explore the amazing waterfalls which are engulfed by lush botanical greenery and magnificent trees. You can change into your swimwear and take a dive into the crisp waterfalls, enjoying the splendor of this 120-foot-high marvel. Next, you can fascinate yourself into the operations of the Appleton Distillery, which has been producing the world-renowned Appleton Rum for decades.
