Absolutely great, the tour guide (Lee) was really informative, friendly and honest. definitely needs a raise. I learnt what m&m stands for so that's added to my list if facts I can bust out on my colleagues. The chocolatier was very friendly too, I think she was called Mia? Overall very good experience I have already recommended it to one of my friends
