Alfred was brilliant, we had so much fun on our walk. The group was small and Alfred made an effort to get to know everyone, discovering where we were from and comparing our own locations to York in historical and archaeological contexts. He was extremely knowledgeable about York and its history and showed us so many interesting nooks and crannies that we never would have noticed on our own. Thank you Alfred I would most certainly recommend your walks to others.
The tour was fantastic! Alfred’s knowledge of York is extensive and he made the experience informative and fun. I’ll definitely be back.
