Really informative and enthusiastic presentation, you can tell they have a real passion for chocolate. We were a bit late due to traffic but they were understanding and we had a very good time!

Charlie was a very knowledgeable and informative guide who explained all the different aspects of chocolate making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This is a small nice shop, but personally I'm afraid that I was very disappointed as I don't think the activity is fitted for purposes. There are 2 tables in this venue, you should expect to be sat at a table and to receive o board with 5 types of chocolate. The member of the staff will tell you where the cocoa is coming from and the percentage of ingredients used. That said, we did not find it suitable for children, we had 2 girls aged 5 who were very bored, the presentation was not exciting in any way, the member of staff was telling the story without engaging anyone in this, the girls were expecting to be shown the process but this was not available. There is a small window where you can look but the staff did not seem very happy for us to do so. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this activity for families with children.
