As a visually impaired group we travelled from Leeds by train to York, outside York train station we were greeted by a representative from the company, he was FANTASTIC, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Each guide on the buses and drivers were ALL brilliant, polite, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and happy for questions to be asked. It is in ALL our groups opinion: FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY. I don't know why I haven't used it sooner, I WILL use it again though very soon, Thank you all so much.
