I had a super day and am really pleased that I went. The driver Alan, was friendly and immediately put me at ease. He was knowledgeable about the area and kept us informed throughout the day both with fun facts and also the serious stuff and tried to answer any questions we had. I had slight trepidation because I was a solo traveller but it wasn't a problem at all. There were single seats available so you don't have to sit next to someone if you prefer and you can be as sociable or not as you feel able. There was also a broad mix of ages. There were plenty of stops for exploring, meal and toilet breaks or just for photo opportunities. I would have liked longer in some places but appreciate that this was just a snapshot of a vast area.

It was a really enjoyable day with my wife and adult daughter. Mark was a very smooth driver and the Mercedes minibus was comfortable. Mark is a knowledgeable, friendly guide. The stops were well planned and not rushed. The scenery is fantastic and this was probably the highlight of our holiday.

Our guide, Chris, was excellent in every way. Lots of stops in beautiful places. And the length of time in each with perfect. Never too long and always just long enough to take in the view, take photos and ooh and ahh. The Dales are breathtaking — and the villages are charming — and we were glad we spent our day this way.
