  • ▪︎ You can choose to have the driver track your flight and wait 90 minutes after landing, or set a fixed pickup time with 30 minutes of waiting included.
  • ▪︎ Meet & Greet (name sign) is an add-on—select at booking.
  • ▪︎ Luggage: Select passengers based on luggage size (24" = 1 seat, oversized = 2 seats). Drivers may refuse excess items.
  • ▪︎ Additional fees (if applicable) must be paid in JPY cash to the driver.
  • ▪︎ Service operates 24/7 (availability may vary).

Driver was accommodating and the van was great. We had 5 people with 7 pieces of luggage. We chose a van for 8 people and there was plenty of room. Please note that if you are being picked up from a cruise (Celebrity) the driver cannot pick you up at the entrance where the taxis are. You need to walk down to the lower level.
