Grand Teton and Yellowstone 4 Day 3 Night Wildlife Tour
- Small group
- Duration: 4 days
We were picked up at our hotel in Jackson hole at 6:30 in the morning and were blessed with a beautiful day despite it being much colder than we expected her to be. Our tour guide, Haley, was fantastic. She knew everything anyone asked and was just a fountain of interesting knowledge and spotted many things we would have missed having been left to her own devices. We were blessed with a gorgeous sunrise saw herds of elk, several deer, families of moose, and a bazillion bison. Old faithful did not disappoint and our excellent guide knew a parking lot that offered us a wonderful view without having to walk too far, which is very important to an old fogey like me. The park was gorgeous — it had snowed several days earlier so many mountain ridges were snow capped and snow covered. I am very pleased with the information that I learned from our guide and highly recommended this company
Jess is a top notch guide, she tells you everything she knows about the park and animals, she is a serious guide that does everything she can to catch a animal in an area and ensure a sighting. We saw as much as we possibly could in the time we had, and if something was not possible to see due to a closing, she made up for it in another area. Van was comfortable, plenty of bathroom breaks, very accommodating tour. It was worth every penny, and the picnic lunch and snacks were very tasty.
Jeff was a fantastic guide throughout the day, he knew which roads were temporarily closed, which restrooms were open and nice & Clean. He was a very thoughtful guide and wanted to do what the folks on the tour wanted to do, stop and take pictures or keep driving. He was very patient with folks, very knowledgeable, and fun to talk to! He sounds just like Mike Rowe when speaking! Worth every dollar and saw some amazing things! Thanks Jeff!
Enjoyed the tour and was able to see everything inside Yellowstone and Grand Teton Park. The tour was a little long due to some passengers asking to stop for pics at scenic spots that were not part of the tour. I don’t think this should be allowed as the day was already a long day. Should give everyone a list of scheduled stops before the tour starts so that there is not additional stops besides bathroom breaks.
The day in Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park was great. Josh was an awesome tour guide who answered all of our questions and provided the history of the areas. Josh took us to the right spots to see a Black Bear, Grizzly Bear #399 with her four cubs, and Grizzly Bear nicknames Blondie. If all the people are as cool as Josh, this Day Tour is the best around
