In the morning, ca. 08:00 A.M, get picked up at your hotel to go to the Pansoedan Jetty, where you catch the ferry across to Dala Jetty. In Dala, an instructor will pick you up by rickshaw and take you to a tea shop where you have the opportunity to taste the local tea.

After, head to the location for your cooking class and enjoy a welcome drink. Get acquainted with the cooking instructors as they explain the menu for the day and itemize your shopping list.
