The visit to the Muslim quarter, although it can be done independently, is all the more significant when accompanied by a guide who can facilitate the exchange with the merchants and direct the visit according to culinary tastes. It is also nice to have a guide with whom you can exchange about the life of Xi'an and its history. We appreciated Summer's performance as our tour guide. She was able to satisfy our curiosity and make us discover the essentials of the local gastronomy without having to swallow a load of noodles that we would have had difficulty digesting.

Lucy is very kind and guides you through all the foods you need to try in Xi’an. I like that she takes your personal preferences into account as well, e.g. foods you really like to try, sweet/savory. From street vendors to the local restaurants and culinary traditions: I highly recommend this tour! Also the communications before and during the trip was very easy.
