Wroclaw: Project Riese and Ksiaz Castle Private Tour

The castle was home to the Hochbergs for more than 400 years, who were one of the richest and most famous families in Europe. The Hochbergs owned a lot of land in Poland, but their time in the castle came to an end at the start of World War Two, when the castle was seized by Nazis who planned to turn it into one of Hitler’s residences.
